Can I come to your store and shop for books? No, we are a warehouse location only and do not have a storefront.

Can I pre-order unpublished books using a purchase order? Yes, you may. We will not invoice you until the items on your order have shipped. Simply email the purchase order to us at cs@myibource.com

Can I pre-pay for an order and have it shipped when the books are published? Yes, you may. We will not send you a final invoice until the books on your order have shipped. You can place your order online via our website www.myibsource.com or send us your purchase order to cs@myibsource.com

Do you send samples? Can you send me samples of books I'd interested in purchasing? Although we do not send physical samples, we can send e-samples of the books you're looking for. Please complete our Sample Sign-up form https://goo.gl/oex7SU

Do you accept purchase orders? Yes, we do. They can be emailed to cs@myibsource.com, faxed in to 312-212-2534 or mailed to IB Source, 516 N. Ogden ave #111 Chicago IL 60642

Do your charge taxes on my order? We do not charge taxes on orders within the USA since US schools are tax exampt. We do charge GST and PST for orders shipping to Canada as mandated by Canadian law.

Do you offer any bulk school or district discounts? Yes, we do offer discounts for large school and/or district orders. Please send the list of items needed with the quantities and we'll send a quote showing the discount and price structure. cs@myibsource.com

Do you sell IB books written in French? We do not offer any books in French

How can I immediately see sample chapters of a book? 95% of all books on our website have embedded sample chapters on the website. Please search for your book via our website www.myibsource.com and scroll to the bottom of the product page to view sample chapters.

How can I pay for my international order? You may either place your order online via our website and pay with credit card, or we can also accept paypal and wire transfers as a form of payment.

I don't know the ISBN number of my book, can I still get a quote? Yes, please email us what book information you have and we'll do our best to find the correct book for you. cs@myibsource.com

I'm an international school, can I get samples? We do not offer samples to international schools. As an alternative, most of our resources have embedded sample pages located in the product details near the bottom of the page.

I'm the bookkeeper at our school. How do I pay for our IB Source invoice? You can pay via check, credit card, or wire transfer.

Is there a service charge for credit card payments? No, there isn't. Credit card payments are free of any additional bank charges.

Is there a teacher edition available to support the student book? This answer depends on the book. About 95% of the IB resources do NOT have a supporting teacher edition. Please email us which book you are looking for and we can let you know if there is a corresponding teacher edition. cs@myibsource.com

My daughter/ son is an IB Student and I don't know which books to buy? Please call or email us with the subject you need help with. We can offer you recommendations on what other students are using.

The book I ordered was just published, when am I getting my copy? Normally it takes 1-2 weeks from the publish date of the book to ship your order.

We're doing a large adoption, Can you send us sample books for preview? As a policy, we do not send physical samples. Rather we send e-samples of the books you're looking for. Please email us and we can try and work out a solution...a combination of physical samples and digital samples.

When will the book I need be published? Please specify which book you are looking for or you can check the release dates of all new books direct on our website at www.myibsource.com If you can't find the information on our website please email us cs@myibsource.com and we can research it
